Home Building

From foundation pour to finishing touches in the interior, we know this is not just your house... it's your home. Our attention to detail and to our clients' vision in every aspect of the build is a top priority.

The first step is a consultation with Rock Hill Build owner Jake Young to determine which plans are a match for the general features the client is envisioning.

Clients can develop a home design based on the fully customizable 1800SF net-zero ready house plans available through RHB (see gallery for plan images) or select any commercially available plans.

If a client wants to start a design from scratch, the RHB will team with an architect to design a home using proven high performance home building techniques along with clients' favorite features. After the home design is complete on paper, a timeline is determined and the project gets underway.

As part of every project Jake utilizes his skills to promote harmony of land and home.
